Our primary focus is training people in the CrossFit methodology. And much like CrossFit’s program is broad and inclusive, we believe an effective coaching practice can’t focus on just a few aspects of health and fitness at the exclusion of others. Instead, we evaluate a wide range of factors – strength training, diet, recovery and injury rehabilitation, to name a few – and develop a comprehensive fitness plan based on what you need to get you to optimal health.
